INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Sumanshu Chadda (Bsc HHM)
Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Internship program
The company has the mentality that their guest is their number one focus and we, as cast members, are here to create happiness for all that enters. The management truly invested in me and took my thoughts and feelings into consideration whenever they could. My job with this company was the most rewarding job I have had the pleasure of doing. Every day was a new adventure that led me to meet wonderful guests and fellow cast members.
Ratnesh Verma (B.Sc – ATHM)

Westin hotels and resorts, Malaysia
Jagriti Bhatia (BBA)
Internship program
Ritz Carlton hotel, Malaysia
My student experience at Ritz Carlton was amazing. I learned many skills in Marketing, HR and Hospitality Operations to equip me to face the ever challenging but yet fun hospitality industry. I will always remember my first day as an intern here where I nervously walk up the steps of the beautiful Ritz Carlton, only to be greeted by some friendly staff.
David Aneja (MBA THM)
Internship Program
Westin Hotel, Malaysia
I got to intern in the front office- registering guests, managing reservations and attending to customer complaints and queries. This experience taught me to handle guests in the best way possible and cater to their needs whenever required.
Akash Arora (BSC HHM)
Internship program
Furama Bukit Bintang, Malaysia
I went for my Internship program to Furama Bukit Bintang , Malaysia. I visited Aquaria KLCC, the peaceful picnic spots, the historic museum and the forest reserves. I also faced problems in adjusting to the new routine, new culture and new ways of doing things. I would say that I was trying to do everything at all times and it started exhausting me. I now can honestly say that my perspective of the world has changed. I take less for granted and take full advantage of the opportunities and resources at my disposal. I made countless friends from all over the world since the country has such diverse people. Studying abroad was an experience that I’ve always looked forward to and can now always look back on with no regrets and only fond memories!
Arun Sharma (BSc HHM)
Internship Program
Palace of golden horses, Malaysia
Everyone is part of the family at work. There was no pressure. I got a fixed hour shift and was paid extra for part-time. Plus, I got a lot of exposure with the guests as my manager always encouraged us to be the face of the hotel. I and my friends traveled a lot around Malaysia.
Deepanshu Singh (BSC HHM)
Internship program
Danna Resort, Malaysia
This was my first step into the world of work. This internship has helped me to build the right attitude and behavior for the industry. I have learnt to work in a team and also to be an individual player to attain the goals set by the hotel. This internship was an opportunity that changed my perspective and gave my new goals.
